The dance group that brought world-famous Britain's Got Talent contestant Susan Boyle to her knees - when they, against the odds, took out the series last year - recently landed an unlikely gig performing for a bunch of lawyers at Allen & Overy's biennial partner conference in Barcelona.

According to Rollonfriday.com, the dance group Diversity, comprising dancers aged between 13 and 27, were flown out to the W Hotel in Barcelona to perform a seven minute act for their rather bemused audience of magic circle lawyers.

Needless to say the partners, like Folklaw, were slightly confused, with many in the audience apparently asking "who are they?", "what was that?", "shouldn't the little one be at school?" and "why the hell couldn't we afford Susan Boyle?" (Ok, Folklaw may have made that last one up).

A spokesperson for the firm who saw the funny side told Rollonfriday.com: "we've always supported Diversity at A&O" and said that the act was better value than the alternatives.

Better value than Susan Doyle dreaming a dream? Surely not.
