Thomas L Walker, 52, was charged with two counts of public indecency, after allegedly exposing himself to two 19 year-old patrons at his café in Ohio in January.

The shocked customers immediately called 911 and according to Fox News, Walker himself got on the line to explain what happened. He told the operator; "there's nothing going on. [The men] just came over for community service. I was explaining to them what the program is.... And so forth".

The police dispatcher responded; "so nobody pulled their pants down?" to which Walker, putting his lawyer trousers back on, responded, "I didn't say that".

The café is described as being "faith based", and is staffed by volunteers who provide food and drink to customers at no charge.

Folklaw thinks the two startled customers have paid quite a high price for their patronage.
