About the Commercial Disputes team...
The Commercial Disputes team is one of their larger practice groups and is recognised in the legal profession as an industry leader! They work very closely with their clients across various industries to provide exceptional client service & assisting on land mark cases. The team is large enough for you to carve out you niche and become an expert in a particular area of dispute, yet small enough to enjoy the camaraderie and team support of your colleagues.    

About the Role... 
A great career opportunity is now available for a an experienced Commercial Disputes Lawyer. This role specifically involves working as part of a dedicated team on a wide range of complex commercial disputes (incl. for example construction, corporate debt, insolvency matters).
About You...
Our client is looking for:-
• circa 3-5 years P.A.E. with excellent attention to detail;
• exposure to a range of disputes matters gained with a recognised commercial disputes team;
• well developed communication, organisational and time management skills;
• solid drafting skills for all associated documents;
• an enthusiastic, proactive approach;
• good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
