Here's an opportunity.....If you have approx. 3 or more years experience gained within a law firm, practising in a broad range of commercial/business law (including succession planning) matters, we would love to hear from you!
Our client is a thriving, well established law firm steeped in heritage headed up by energetic & dynamic Partners located in the heart of the Goldfields region, with a solid business/commercial law practice.  They offer a great learning/development culture, professional & caring environment and actively foster a healthy work/life balance. 

You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients from a variety of industries, ranging from SMEs; large businesses and accounting firms on a broad range of commercial matters including sale/purchase business contracts, leasing, shareholder agreements, local government law, corporations Act issues, GST, small business concessions and succession planning matters!
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A genuine commitment to regional practice, looking for a medium to long term career appointment
  • 3 years plus p.a.e. in a range of commercial &/or succession planning type matters
  • Excellent drafting & time management skills 
  • Strong 'client service' focus and 'commercial nous'.
  • Ability to 'think on your feet' & communicate effectively to build rapport with clients and other professionals;
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as be an integral team player.
