If you're a talented Corporate Commercial/Services Lawyer, with circa 2+ years post admission exp., looking to take that next step in your career you'll recognise this as a rare & exciting opportunity...

Our client is a well-known prestigious corporate commercial law firm with global reach and an enviable reputation, particularly in the Corporate Services space.  

They are now looking for a highly driven & career focussed lawyer to join their Corporate Commercial team which has developed a strong reputation in successfully representing prominent clients on high-end/profile transactional & corporate advisory matters.

Reporting to the Commercial Partners assisting their exceptional clients across a range of industries/sectors you will satisfy your ambition to play your part in creating their desired outcomes through the use of your exceptional skillset which will include demonstrated experience in the provision of specialist statutory & regulatory services eg.
  • registration, maintenance, restructuring or de-registration of companies (eg. proprietary, listed/unlisted public, foreign and charitable) and trusts (eg. family/discretionary, class, fixed unit and hybrid);
  • drafting, settling and amending of trust deeds;
  • amending constitutions;
  • issuing/transfer of shares/units;
  • strong drafting, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills;
  • strong drive & outcome focussed;
  • excellent research & analytical abilities;
  • an inquiring nature & good commercial nous;
  • ability to build enduring relationships with key stakeholders;
  • effective prioritisation skills to manage competing priorities and ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.
