An great career opportunity for a Company Secretary/Operations Manager to join this Industry Leader recognised for its innovation, passion and to delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients.  

It's all about you...
This position is a dual role where you will lead and develop their Company Secretarial team to achieve individual staff and business objectives while additionally providing comprehensive corporate secretarial services to a small portfolio of ASX listed company clients.

In this role, you will be working closely with the General Manager and as a key member of the Management team you will be responsible for providing the highest level of support & leadership to ensure everything runs smoothly and that regulations are met. 

Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Managing a small portfolio of ASX listed companies to ensure requirements are met
  • Leading & mentoring the team of Company Secretaries
  • Ensuring staff are fully compliant & continually improving systems and processes
  • Developing & implementing new operational frameworks, policies & training
  • Identifying risks and ensuring an action plan is in place
A major component of this role is liaising with internal and external stakeholders and as such the ability to develop relationships at all levels is critical to the success of this role.
 
Skills and experience we'd love...
  • demonstrated experience working in a in a similar role as a Company Secretary / Operations Manager within a professional services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX listing rules, ASIC and internal Company requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • a high level of diplomacy, tact and discretion
  • Highly organised and being able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
