About this role...
Joining a premier Construction & Projects team you will be part of a dynamic group of Lawyers and gain exposure & experience working alongside a broad range of clients across the construction and engineering sector, requiring assistance primarily with back-end as well as some front end matters. Here you will work with high calibre clientele focussed on delivering a variety of projects from award-winning mixed use developments, high rise hotels across the eastern seaboard and assist with disputes involving some of Australia's largest infrastructure projects. 
This role will give a motivated Lawyer the opportunity to become part of a close-knit and driven team and further develop skills in advising on dispute resolution, methods of procurement, contract drafting and advice, contract administration and Security of Payment strategies.
About the ideal candidate...
  • Ideally you will be around 6-8 years pqe ideally in both litigious & non-contentious construction matters;
  • An understanding of construction methodology and solid exposure to construction contracts and dispute resolution processes;
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication and drafting skills;
  • Be accountable, professional and client oriented.
