Elevate seeks a Employment Lawyer(3 + yrs PQE) to be seconded to the Sydney operations of a global Tier 1 Law firm . Candidates should be Australian/common law lawyers with solid
technical skills in employment Law and workplace management . This role will see you working closely with the partners carrying out duties included but not limited to : This is a contract position - however consideration will be given to those looking for a permanent placement. Immediate Start with a forward thinking commercial Law firm
restraint of trade claims;
transfer of business;
Fair Work Act compliance; and
work health and safety.

Australian/common law qualified lawyer.
