Information session for Solicitors and Senior Solicitors
Are you keen to further your legal career within a department that strives to make Victoria the best place to be and helps shape communities that we all want to be part of? Then we’d like to hear from you.
The Child Protection Litigation Office plays a critical part in the department’s child protection program by providing legal advice to child protection practitioners and court advocacy to protect children from abuse and neglect.
An information session is being held about upcoming employment opportunities for Solicitors and Senior Solicitors:
When: Monday, 17 July 2017
Time: 4.20pm for a 4.30pm start
Location: 50 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne (Room 1.10 upstairs to the left of the main security desk)
RSVP: firstname.lastname@example.org by COB on Friday, 14 July 2017
The information session will provide prospective applicants with:
- An overview of the department’s role in protecting children from abuse and neglect
- An outline of the operations of the Child Protection Litigation Office
- An opportunity to hear directly from current staff about their experiences
- A short question and answer session.
The roles will be filled through pool recruitment. Candidates assessed as meeting the key selection criteria for the roles may be considered for new opportunities that may become available over the next 12 months.
We look forward to seeing you at the information session.
