They are now looking to appoint a proven, senior level Employment/Industrial Relations Lawyer to lead their National Employment & Workplace Relations practice.
About this role... With significant expertise in workplace/industrial relations and employment law this role offers the opportunity to mentor & develop the National team of Workplace Relations Lawyers, whilst maintaining your 'hands on' involvement & autonomy to manage clients across a myriad of industry/sectors and their wide-ranging matters typically pertaining to eg.:-
industrial law matters;
termination and dismissals;
complex executive employment contracts;
discrimination and equal opportunity;
workplace policies, OH&S and training just to name a few!
About you... To be successful in this role it is envisaged that you will have:-
Prior experience (eg. Snr. Assoc. level or above) in a similar role, ideally within a recognised employment law team;
Demonstrated business development & networking skills;
Exceptional communication/time management skills;
An energy and enthusiasm to make this practice your own, build on the existing clientele and further grow the talent around you!
