About this role...
The firm's well established & reputable Workplace Relations team are now looking for a bright, enthusiastic & diligent Lawyer to be part of their dynamic team comprised of experienced Lawyers/Partners to provide excellent mentorship & guidance. 

This role will give a motivated Lawyer/Associate, who is passionate about growing their career in workplace relations/employment law, the opportunity to specialise as part of a close-knit and driven team in developing skills across a diverse range of issues/matters.

Here you will gain further exposure & experience working with a client base comprised of significant companies/SME's, individuals & government entities operating across wide-ranging industry sectors, requiring assistance with both front & back-end matters.

No two days will be the same! You will enjoy handling a variety of matters eg.  Employment law, Industrial Relations, Enterprise Bargaining, Discrimination, Bullying & Harassment, Workplace Health & Safety.
The skillset we're looking for...
  • Circa 3-6 years post qualification, current employment law experience;
  • Enjoy & be good at drafting with strong attention to detail;
  • Have well developed analytical and communication skills;
  • Be authentic and practise with integrity and respect in a team environment;
  • A genuine willingness to learn and recognition that your skillset requires further development;
  • A professional, client service oriented approach.
