They are now looking to appoint a suitably experienced Lawyer who can bring great depth & expertise in Employment/Workplace Relations to drive this practice area of their firm.
To be successful here it is envisaged that suitable candidates will be self-motivated, highly organised with considerable technical expertise, eg. currently at Senior Associate/Special Counsel or Partner level. Ideally, as an established & reputable practitioner, you will also be able to bring with you some of your own clientele, although there is also plenty of cross-referral work to be had!
In joining this highly reputable firm this role will offer the autonomy to run your own practice as well as providing mentoring for more junior lawyers in matters typically pertaining to:-
termination and dismissals;
discrimination and equal opportunity;
restructuring, downsizing and outsourcing;
