About the Role...on either a Full or Part-Time basis
Our client is now looking to appoint an exceptional, 'well rounded' Estate Planning Lawyer who is passionate about providing high service levels to clients, seeking sophisticated & pragmatic advice in regard to their estate planning matters.  This role will represent a significant career move with your responsibilities including:-
  • Drafting of complex legal documents and using your advisory expertise to answer queries raised in relation to a wide variety of Estate and Succession Planning, Trusts; General business structures and agreements, other arrangements etc;
  • Provide peer review, leadership & guidance to less experienced colleagues within the Estate Planning team;
  • Clearly articulating concepts and thoughts in client meetings and managing expectations/service delivery;
  • Take an active role in process/practice improvement to maintain workflows & achieve financial goals.
About you...
Accordingly, it is envisaged you will have circa 5 -7 yrs p.q.e. in Estate Planning and ideally philanthropic matters to autonomously manage the more complex issues, excellent analytical, research and drafting skills with a passion for client service and a confident, engaging and pragmatic manner.
