My client is a leading immigration law practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and talented mid-level immigration lawyer looking to be mentored by some of Melbourne's leading immigration law practitioners.  

This is a fast-paced role. You will advise on employer sponsored related visa subclasses, in addition to a range of other visa subclasses, including in relation to partner, child and parent visas. You will prepare and lodge applications, draft detailed submissions, conduct complex research and liaise extensively with both the Department of Immigration and Border Protection and the Migration & Refugee Division of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. You will also assist on matters undergoing judicial review and ministerial intervention requests. 

To be considered for this role, you will have between 3-6 years of post-admission experience as an immigration lawyer from a recognised immigration practice. A passion to further your develop your expertise in immigration law will be assumed and lawyers interested in becoming an Accredited Specialist in this area will fit in well to this team.
