Our Client

Our client is a NASDAQ listed, vertically‐integrated manufacturer of solar cells, modules and custom‐designed solar power applications. Founded in the early 2000's, it is one of the world's fastest‐growing companies in the solar industry and has been listed since November 2006. 

The Role

We are seeking a junior lawyer with approximately 2-5 years PQE with transactional projects/PPP (O&M, EPC) experience to join our client's Melbourne office as Corporate Counsel, Energy Group to work under a newly appointed General Counsel.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive mid level lawyer 2-5ys PQE with experience in Projects/PPP/Infrastructure and a demonstrated ability to effectively provide sound legal advice, exercise good business judgment, and work with senior management, other colleagues, external counsels, customers and regulators, in an international organisation
 
What we Want

Candidates with experience in energy and renewables, particularly with EPC and O&M contracts experience will be highly regarded, however a relevant projects, resources, project finance or construction/construction disputes background may also suit the brief.
