About this role...

Reporting directly to a Senior Advisor, the role will have a focus on Commercial Contracts, Regulatory Compliance and working closely with Procurement and Facility Management to facilitate the company's sustained growth & success. Some specifics will include:-
  • Contract drafting relating to a variety of transactional matters;
  • Corporate governance, Corporate advisory and Corporations Act;
  • Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint ventures, partnerships, contracting;
  • Governance & regulatory advice, due diligence, government approvals;
  • Negotiating & facilitating major projects including advisory work 
About you...
To be successful in this role, our client seeks a proven performer with particular expertise in:
  • Min. 4 years pqe in providing commercially savvy & pragmatic advice from a business perspective;
  • MUST have strong Mandarin speaking/reading & writing skills
  • Drafting (eg. contracts/correspondence/applications/submissions etc.);
  • Identifying critical facts to facilitate excellent decision-making;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Prior experience gained in an in-house or mid to top tier law firm is essential
