Insolvency Lawyer: Senior Associate
  • Join Leading National Mid-Tier Law Firm!
  • Enjoy Complex Insolvency Matters!
  • Fantastic, Supportive Team Environment!
This is an exceptional and rewarding career opportunity for a talented Commercial Litigator to join one of Australia's leading and highly regarded national law firms in their Melbourne office.

Employing in excess of 600 staff nationally, they are a high profile growing law firm firm that has developed a strong, recognised brand for their market leading practice groups. Through their outstanding reputation they have become an employer of choice, attracting and retaining high quality talent across all levels. They are proud of their down to earth, cohesive and energetic culture and employ a dedicated, influential and stable management team.

It is envisaged that you will have no less than 5 years Insolvency / Commercial Litigation experience. Their Dispute Resolution team is one of the largest teams in Melbourne and you will have the opportunity to be mentored by two Partners (one who specialises in corporate insolvency, including restructures and securities enforcement matters) and the other handles more complex commercial litigation matters.

If you're wanting a more 'hands on' and 'meaty' role, with exposure to complex & high profile matters - this should fill the void!

  • Be a self-starter with drive, enthusiasm & a confident approach;
  • Possess excellent communication skills at all levels and a strong 'client service' focus;
  • Be able to multi task and manage competing priorities;
  • Be able to work autonomously and as an integral member of this collegiate team.
In return, this firm offers a culture of cutting edge business practices, ongoing professional development opportunities, career growth and a lifestyle of balance and rewards.
