Applications sought for insolvency practitioner disciplinary committees

The Government is seeking applications from individuals from the legal and accounting industries suitably qualified to consider the registration and discipline of registered liquidators coming before committees formed under the Insolvency Law Reform Act 2016 (Cth) from 1 March 2017.

Candidates will preferably have experience in administrative law or in conducting disciplinary processes within their profession.  Applications and supporting details, including current curricula vitae, should be sent to Insolvency@treasury.gov.au by 3 February 2017.
