Rare role for a junior litigator who excels at client service, is commercially astute, with strong people skills. Ideally suit junior lawyers or paralegals seeking to transition out of private practice, yet still utilise their litigation skills.

Join this global litigation funder in a newly created role. Use your interpersonal and commercial litigation skills to full effect.

This role is suited to junior lawyers or paralegals who have gained experience in a law firm doing commercial litigation, who are keen to move out of private practice, yet still be involved in litigation. You will work across and be mentored by senior disputes lawyers (who are all from leading firms). This role will engage and challenge the successful applicant. It will appeal to quality lawyers who are career motivated, driven, focused and confident, and able to use not just their legal skills, but also their highly developed interpersonal skills to full effect.

The core element of the role will be to work with the senior Investment Managers to complete funding applications and key contracts for cases being considered for funding.
