Legal Counsel
  • Challenging in-house role
  • Collegiate, high performing team

Rare opportunity for talented 3-5 PAE lawyer, ideally from either a corporate, IT, financial services or banking and finance background to join this high performing in-house team. As Legal Counsel you will be responsible for providing high quality advice regarding business and regulatory matters. You will be drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts in financial services and technology.

You will already have experience dealing with the regulators. Your drafting skills and attention to detail will be one of your strengths. This role offers the opportunity to work in a tight knit and collegiate team, where you will relish being challenged. A keen interest in financial markets in regard to how they work and are regulated, is essential. Commerciality and a pragmatic solutions focus are essential attributes.

Longevity of tenure in this in-house team is a demonstration of how coveted the roles in this legal team are. This is due to the challenging, complex and interesting work on offer. Technology, in particular blockchain, is also having a major effect on our client's business.

This is an outstanding opportunity to move in-house for driven, ambitious and results focused lawyers who are seeking to take their career to the next level. Experience working in a top-tier firm or leading in-house team is essential.
