About our client...
This is a rewarding & unique opportunity for an experienced & talented Family Lawyer to join a leading Victorian law firm. They are renowned for their depth of expertise, commitment to client service and stable, collegiate work environment.

This will be a regional role, based in the south east suburbs, with modern & well-resourced offices across several locations. This makes for an ideal base if you are looking to work closer to home in this fast-growing outer east corridor to save on those horrendous CBD commute times & parking costs!

The firm provides specialised advice & services across a broad range of personal injury law practice areas. Having grown substantially over the years, the firm now seeks to appoint a new Personal Injury lawyer who is ideally experienced in institutional abuse, common law actions and Workcover areas, though you will have ready access to other personal injury Lawyers, infrastructure, resources and all the support you need.

About this role...

In this role you will enjoy a real sense of satisfaction & achievement assisting clients requiring advice & representation in personal injury law matters. Here you will appreciate an appropriate level of autonomy whilst having the support of other professionals within this collaborative style culture.

About the ideal candidate...
  • Sound personal injury law experience, (eg. 3-5yrs) ideally incl. institutional abuse; common law actions and WorkCover
  • Eagerness to handle challenging/complex matters with strong drafting skills & a keen eye for detail;
  • Ability to foster existing relationships & build new ones;
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
