Sustained growth & strategic planning now presents this fantastic and rewarding career opportunity for a talented SA Level Commercial Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded, National law law firm who act for wide-ranging, prominent private, listed & institutional clients

This role will fully utilise your property development expertise; across all aspects relating to the field spanning all Australian jurisdictions, with the support of vast & efficient infrastructure.  With ready access to approachable Partners, you will be a pivotal member of this team  - it's very much a 'hands on' role with direct client contact, autonomous management of files and you should also enjoy playing a 'mentoring' role to others within this fast-paced, dynamic & experienced group!

The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Solid (min. 5 years p.q.e.) in Property/Construction/Planning law team including proven experience in handling large-scale transactional property development matters (ie. whole lifecycle) including site acquisition, conveyancing relating to significant subdivisions of land & apartments, office & industrial developments. 
  • Highly developed, effective communication skills for client liaison & to bring the best out of the team.
  • Be a 'self-starter' with an approachable manner/able to assist/direct others in a team environment.
  • Be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
