About the role...
This high performance law practice is now on the lookout for a self-driven & experienced Property/Wills & Estates Lawyer to handle a wide range of matters, including:

Property Law
  • commercial & residential conveyancing,
  • complex property matters,
  • commercial leasing, and
  • subdivisions and building developments
Wills & Estates
  • Wills and powers of attorney
  • Estate planning
  • Probate and administration of deceased estates
  • Estate challenges (testator's family maintenance) seeking or defending further provision from an estate
  • Other estate disputes including contested testamentary capacity and removal of executors.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside leading specialists in the above areas of law as well as a supportive team.

About the ideal candidate...
  • Ideally, it is envisaged a minimum of 2 years up to 4 years post admission experience across property law (particularly conveyancing) and wills & estate matters 
  • Solid academics and strong interpersonal/communication skills are essential;
  • Is it essential that you have a sound working knowledge of PEXA
  • Experience with Affinity legal software, ideal but not essential. 
  • An ability to work autonomously, within a collaborative & collegiate team, will reap all the benefits a talented, commercial lawyer would expect to find at any city law firm.
