They are now looking to appoint a proven, senior level Property Lawyer to provide leadership & further build this highly successful practice.

About this role...
With significant expertise in Property law this role offers the opportunity to mentor & further develop a great team of Property Lawyers, whilst maintaining your 'hands on' involvement & autonomy to manage clients eg. investors, fund managers, property developers, landlords, tenants, owners corporations, major subcontractors, suppliers, financiers, real estate agents and self-managed super funds and their wide-ranging matters that may include eg.:- 
  • Significant Sale/Purchase transactions;
  • Off-the-plan developments;
  • Subdivisions;
  • Commercial and retail leasing and licensing;
  • Retail development;
  • Finance negotiation;
  • Transaction structuring;
  • Joint ventures;
  • Leasing;
  • Planning and development agreements;
  • Contract review;
  • Due diligence;
  • Planning appeals just to name a few!
About you...
To be successful in this role it is envisaged that you will have:-
  • Prior experience (eg. Snr. Assoc. level or above) in a similar role, ideally within a recognised Property law team;
  • Demonstrated business development & networking skills;
  • Exceptional communication/time management skills;
  • An energy and enthusiasm to make this practice your own, build on the existing clientele and further grow the talent around you!
