Our client has an enviable reputation & provides a supportive, inclusive & progressive workplace for all.  They have a thriving and cohesive Wills & Estates practice and they are now seeking to appoint an engaging & technically skilled Wills & Estates Lawyer within this team.

The role will provide variety, encompassing a wide range of matters around estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, powers of attorney, guardianship & administration. You will be working closely with colleagues enjoy an  appropriate level of autonomy for your experience.

Ideally, suitable candidates will have 3 years plus demonstrated experience in:-
  • Estate planning advisory work including complex wills and
    succession planning in trusts and superannuation;
  • Litigation and dispute resolution work both for estates and
  • Well developed drafting skills eg. for Estate documentation including Deeds and Terms of Settlement;
  • Managing own files/clients; 
  • Marketing & business development activities, eg. contributing/writing newsletters articles, attending/presenting at in-house seminars etc.
  • Strong client-service focus & exceptional communication skills.
