Andrew Godwin

Andrew Godwin is Associate Professor; Director of Transactional Law; Director of Studies for the Graduate Program in Banking and Finance Law and Associate Director of the Asian Law Centre, Melbourne Law School. Prior to joining Melbourne Law School in 2007, Andrew was in legal practice for over 15 years, 10 of which were spent in Shanghai. Andrew researches in the area of finance and insolvency law, financial regulation, property law and the regulation of the legal profession. Andrew has published extensively in both academic and professional journals and is a co-author of Sackville & Neave Australian Property Law (10th edition, 2016).
