Carly Hanson

Sector Sustainability Coordinator | Community Legal Centres Queensland

Carly joined Community Legal Centres Queensland in 2017, where she supports 34 not-for-profit community legal centres to provide free, high quality legal services to people experiencing disadvantage. She promotes the development of organisational capacity of member organisations, including members' professional standards, and the design and delivery of training and development opportunities for staff and volunteers.

Through her policy and advocacy work, Carly contributes to the overall effectiveness and sustainability of the sector in delivering positive client outcomes. With over 15 years’ experience in the private and community legal sectors, and in the tertiary education sector, Carly is passionate about providing holistic and pro bono legal services, and promoting an innovative, collaborative, learning culture in the legal profession.
