METHODOLOGY AND JUDGING

Lawyers Weekly has developed a robust methodology to decide the winners of the 30 Under 30, leveraging the publication’s distribution capabilities and strong industry networks.

stage one

Any individual wishing to enter the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards are asked to complete a detailed submission answering key criteria items. To review all category details and to commence your submission click here.

If you would like to nominate a colleague, the process is easy and will take less than a minute; nominations across multiple categories can be done on the one form. Individuals are invited to lodge a personal submission, or nominate a colleague by answering key questions. An entrant can be nominated for multiple categories.

Submissions require a mixture of written responses, business metrics and qualitative questions, including attachments. For any questions, please contact us here.

Stage two

All submissions must be received through our secure awards platform. Our awards platform is safe, secure and compliant. It is ISO/IEC 27001 certified, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), PCI DSS, and more.

Stage three

Finalists are announced; individuals will be contacted directly and a list of the finalists will be published on the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 website. Finalists will be announced the week of 24 March 2020.

Stage Four

Submissions will be delivered to a panel of respected industry professionals and business leaders who will assess each submission. Judges will score each submission across a range of criteria, which can be found under each category description once you have registered to lodge a submission. A number of judges will individually assess each submission for each category, offering a blended score and assessment.

Stage Five

One winner will be announced per category, with the awards presented on the 29 May.
