Firm opens new Queensland office

A compensation law firm has opened a new office in Queensland in what it calls a bid to fight for local people._x000D_

A compensation lawfirm has opened a new office in Queensland in what it calls a bid to fight forlocal people.

The firm has beenservicing the local area for about 10 years and were previously sharing anoffice with the Australian Manufacturing Workers Union in South Townsville, itsaid in a statement.

“Our new location isat the heart of the local community,” a Maurice Blackburn lawyer, Amber Wangsaid.

“We chose the RossRiver Road location because it’s easy for people to find us, is easilyaccessible by public transport, has ample parking, and provides good access forpeople with mobility restrictions.”

Wang said the firmhad worked hard to keep its local focus as it has grown.

“Our firm has grownsubstantially and now has lawyers in Queensland, NSW, the ACT and Victoria, allfighting for that little bit extra to ensure the best possible long-termsolutions for our clients.

“I am here to helppeople with personal injury issues, such as compulsory third party, workers’compensation and public liability claims.

“I became a lawyerbecause I wanted to help people get fair and just outcomes,” she said.

“Together, theTownsville team works hard to stand up for everyone from out at Mt Isa, down toMackay, and up to Mission Beach,” she said.

The new office islocated at 291 Ross River Road, Aitkenvale.
