Legal students from around the nation will examine some of the critical issues affecting social justice at the 'Breaking Down Boundaries' conference in Sydney this weekend.
With the theme 'New Frontiers', this year's conference will take a look at crucial legal issues via keynote addresses from the Commonwealth Attorney-General Robert McClelland, president of the Australian Human Rights Commission, Catherine Branson QC and former High Court Justice Michael Kirby.
The conference will also present plenty of networking opportunities for law students, and a chance to visit careers morning and afternoon teas to explore options on applying legal training to non-corporate environments or in the public interest.
The conference will be held at the Sydney University Law School between 10:30am - 12pm on Saturday, December 5. For more information, visit www.breakingdownboundaries.org.
