Livingstone said that even following the attack on London, people will arrive at the city from around the country and the rest of the world to become Londoners, to fulfil their dreams and their potential. London is a city in which people can do this, Livingstone seemed to suggest. Most will agree that the recent attacks will do little to deter visitors and those wanting to make a life there.
