The firm has also won the BRW St George Client Choice Awards for best large firm and best large legal firm and the Australian Legal Business International Deal of the Year Award, among others.

Judges of the award said Allens had again confirmed its reputation as “a trusted adviser in high-stakes matters”. ”Broadly experienced and globally knowledgeable, the firm advised on News Corporation’s re-incorporation in the United States, BHP Billiton’s $2.3 billion off-market share buy back and Sony Music’s merger with BMG. It was also the premier project finance adviser in the Asia-Pacific region.”
