The move has come in response to the significant expansion of the firm’s Sydney team, which has grown from 30 staff to 80 in the last five years.
The firm has moved away from the more traditional law firm layout, instead opting for an open-plan approach. The new office also features a dual-use staff and clients area.
“It’s a large space which, for the most part, will be available for staff and is set up in a café-style arrangement, but we will also be able to use that space for client seminars and presentations, and things like that,” the firm’s managing partner, Robert Walsh, said.
“It’s a bit of a different approach that we’ve taken to try and accommodate the staff interests as well as making sure that we’ve got appropriate space for presentations for clients.”
