Seldon Gill Consulting, a recruiter in the Australian professional services marketing job market, has developed the iPhone application so candidates have immediate, completely mobile and private access to job listings.

Launched this month, the free application will speed up the already frantic race for the best jobs and the best talent in the legal market.

According to Seldon Gill, recruitment firms are interested in the adaptation of the traditional 'head hunter' process but at this stage, no other Australian recruiters in any sector have harnessed the technology.

The technology means an employer can get their positions instantly to market and potentially shorten the recruitment process - a significant advantage amid the current war for talent.
