Maurice Blackburn Lawyers has this week opened two new offices in Townsville and Wangaratta, in an effort to keep the firm's local focus as it grows.

The firm has been servicing the North Queensland area for approximately 10 years, previously sharing an office with the Australian Manufacturing Workers Union in South Townsville. The new Townsville office will allow Maurice Blackburn to deliver results to even more clients.

"Our new location is at the heart of the local community," said Maurice Blackburn lawyer Amber Wang.

"We chose the Ross River Road location because it's easy for people to find us, is easily accessible by public transport, has ample parking and provides good access for people with mobility restrictions."

The firm's new Wangaratta office will be headed up by personal injury specialist, Danny Frigerio.

"We'll offer a broad suite of legal services including Workcover and TAC [Transport Accident Commission] as well as legal representation for people who have suffered medical and common law negligence," Frigerio said.
