Allen & Overy finds new home

Allen & Overy has relocated its Sydney digs to the newly completed office tower atop Sydney digs to the newly completed office tower atop Westfield in the CBD.

The tower, at 85 Castlereagh Street, completes the $3.2 billion retail, lifestyle, tourism and commercial centre developed by the Westfield Group.

Allen & Overy’s Australia managing partner, Grant Fuzi, said the firm has leased the space for 15 years.

“Our new world class office space in the heart of the CBD … not only confirms our commitment to Australia and supports our on-going growth, it will also offer our clients and staff a leading environment in which to work and interact,” said Fuzi.

The newly constructed tower is targeting a 6-star Green Star Office Design Rating from the Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA), because it has been designed to a “premium sustainability classification”.
