The highly anticipated Summons Collection by Signature Wines has now been launched. As the only summons everyone can enjoy, we are excited to share this bold new experience with you. Developed for those who love rich, luscious red and black fruits with an exquisite hint of spice, this limited release Shiraz is ready to enjoy now with the potential to be cellared for 15 years.
Exhibiting attention to detail from vine to bottle, The Summons was developed to offer a true McLaren Vale Shiraz in all of its glory. As the driving force behind Signature Wines, Managing Director Daniel Khouzam focuses on producing premium wines such as The Summons to be enjoyed amongst friends and family with a multitude of suitable pairings.
There have only been 250 cases of The Summons produced with uniquely numbered bottles welcoming you into the Signature Wines family. Allocations have been capped at 12 bottles per order with the opportunity to join the 2016 waiting list. Your unique bottle number will act as an invitation to visit the Signature Wines tasting room and preference for use of the 1957 Signature Wines Cadillac for a private wine tour.
Signature Wines Cadillac tours offer a unique way to experience South Australia’s wine regions and the Signature Estates. The Signature Cadillac was originally used in the Inspector Gadget movie shot in Queensland and is the only car of it’s kind in Australia. Please view the link here
