Originally a Brisbane girl, Anna has lived in Melbourne for almost 20 years. She is currently the Company Secretary and Group General Manager of Risk & Legal for Programmed and holds a number of executive and non-executive director roles. She is the Victorian President of ACC Australia.
Anna tried to avoid getting a ‘real job’ for as long as possible and she holds bachelor degrees in law and science (majoring in biochemistry and physiology); a post-graduate degree in information technology; and a masters of law.
Her legal career originated in major national and international law firms including Phillips Fox, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Baker & McKenzie.
Anna became a general counsel in her early thirties and over the last decade she has been lucky to be involved in many non-legal opportunities such as the establishment of mentoring, domestic violence support and well-being programs at some of Australia’s largest companies. When she is not spending time with her daughter, she has a passion for ballet and the arts.
