The mentorship of emerging talent has a long history in the law and offers the opportunity for experienced operators to impart their experience to their peers. To be considered for this award, applicants will need to showcase how their specific involvement in programs and initiatives has benefited female lawyers and led to the development and retention of talent in the profession. It covers the period FY2016 and is open to both males and females.
Nominees will be judged on their responses to the following:
- Outline the significant contribution you have made to the retention, progression, satisfaction or development of individuals or groups of females within your organisation and/or the profession.
- Provide a brief profile of yourself, including significant achievements and accomplishments of note during your time with your organisation.
- Provide a reference or other third party endorsements to support your nomination.
