Jacqui Barrett has left a boutique firm to join Hall & Wilcox’s corporate and commercial practice in Sydney.
Ms Barrett, who was previously a partner at Bartier Perry, has experience in corporate and commercial law, including in commercial contracts, intellectual property, corporate compliance and governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

She has worked with a wide variety of clients, from entrepreneurs through to ASX-listed companies.
Hall & Wilcox managing partner Tony Macvean said Ms Barrett’s ability to work across general commercial law along with corporate advisory and transactional work is a strength.
