Jacqui Barrett has left a boutique firm to join Hall & Wilcox’s corporate and commercial practice in Sydney.

Ms Barrett, who was previously a partner at Bartier Perry, has experience in corporate and commercial law, including in commercial contracts, intellectual property, corporate compliance and governance, and mergers and acquisitions.

She has worked with a wide variety of clients, from entrepreneurs through to ASX-listed companies.

Hall & Wilcox managing partner Tony Macvean said Ms Barrett’s ability to work across general commercial law along with corporate advisory and transactional work is a strength.

“Jacqui's skills are a fantastic complement to Danny Herceg’s transactional practice in our Sydney office,” Mr Macvean said.

“Jacqui is a great fit with the firm’s smarter law focus. She displays qualities that we value, with a strong emphasis on premium client experience, and we welcome her aboard.”
