An online law firm is tackling its national roll-out by establishing an advisory board of business managers and entrepreneurs.

You Legal, an Australian virtual law firm founded in October 2013, has announced the five inaugural members of its advisory board, created to assist with the firms' extension of its services nationally.

Founder Sarah Bartholomeusz says the timing is right to bring on an advisory board who will address the opportunities and challenges facing You Legal and work with the senior management team to provide solutions.

“We want to be in a great position to provide leaders in growing companies with the confidence they need to make bold decisions in their businesses, all around Australia,” Ms Bartholomeusz said.

The five members are a select group of business managers and entrepreneurs, each with different areas of experience and expertise.

The advisory board consists of Synergy Pharmacy Group managing director Peter Moschakis, Heard Financial managing director Nicholas Heard, Coritsu Group managing director Sam Conway, Code 360 co-founder and operations manager Noelle Smit and ODD Games co-founder Ben Marsh.

“The members of our advisory board all have great industry knowledge and will be invaluable in developing You Legal,” Ms Bartholomeusz said.

“There is definitely a market available in Australia for a top-tier virtual law firm. The industry is growing quickly and I look forward to working with each member.”
