Katrina has over 15 years of specialist in-house legal experience within technology companies, including executive leadership and board member roles.

Katrina joined Uber in April 2015, after spending 12 years with the eBay/PayPal group of companies in Australia and the United States. She now leads Uber’s AsiaPacific Legal Team (which includes markets such as India, Japan, Greater China, Korea and Australia, among others) and is a member of Uber's Asia-Pacific Regional Leadership Team.

Outside of Uber, Katrina is a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit and Risk Management Committees of two publicly listed companies: Trade Me Group Limited (ASX: TME) and Straker Translations Limited (ASX: STG). She is also an Advisory Board Member for the Allens Hub for Technology, Law and Innovation, which is a joint initiative with the University of New South Wales.

Katrina was named General Counsel of the Year at the 2017 AustralianLaw Awards and General Counsel of the Year at the 2017 Women in Law Awards. Her team has also won numerous awards throughout the Asia-Pacific region, including In-house Team of the Year (TMT) at the 2018 Asia Legal Awards.
