"I've really been surprised about the quality of the conversation. I think what I've enjoyed the most, is how much the audience has been participating in asking questions. I think the session on working and scale-ups and start-ups was really, really quite interesting and the challenges they have to face. Also I think it was clear from the amount of audience participation that other people were really interested in that type of lawyering and that type of environment.   I think that really the hosting and the people here have been very open to have conversations and support each other. So, it's been really fantastic and relaxed, insightful and enjoyable."

“I think I've enjoyed the fact that we're talking about issues that, you know, we face every day in the workplace, at my workplace, you know, resourcing, document management systems. We're talking about innovation and how we can show value as a team. And that's really being discussed here. And we're finding together, I think through these panel forums, how to respond to these issues and find collaborative solutions. And that's really beneficial for me and my co-workers.   I think there was probably one line in the first panel forum where you had the chief legal officer of Boral who said, it captured it really perfectly, that the legal team is sometimes used as the department of reading and writing. And I think that sort of just captures how legal teams can be seen as a crutch for the business to push all their problems onto.   But it also demonstrates how much value we can provide as lawyers to the business in terms of helping them with their commercial problems and finding solutions for everyday issues. So, definitely, it's a great event for corporate counsel and just lawyers in general."
