A young Slater and Gordon lawyer has been promoted to practice group leader of the Victorian civil liability team.
Nunzio Tartaglia (pictured) was named partner of Nowicki Carbone Lawyers at 27 years old, before joining the Slater and Gordon group through acquisition in 2014.

“Nunzio is a respected leader who has developed, mentored and nurtured many lawyers and support staff over the years,” said Dina Tutungi, general manager of Slater and Gordon.
“In addition to his partnership responsibilities, Nunzio led the rapid growth of the Nowicki Carbone civil liability and insurance team, from a team of two lawyers to a high-performing group of 22.”
Mr Tartaglia said he was looking forward to leading the civil liability team.
“In this role, I am looking forward to continuing to deliver great results for our clients while also assisting in the development of the young talent within the firm,” Mr Tartaglia said.
“I am a big advocate of age not being a barrier for success and opportunity, and look forward to affording the young talent at Slater and Gordon with the same opportunities I had as a younger lawyer.”
