Deal significance: This is one of the largest health sector transactions in recent years. The merger has created Australasia’s largest wholesaler and distributor of healthcare products and will see EBOS become the third largest New Zealand listed company by revenue. Corrs’ lead partner Justin Fox said: “Corrs is proud to have been involved in this deal, which is important to every Australian household.”
