Deal: Cleanspace has been advised on its IPO and offical listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
Value: $550 million

Key players: The Gilbert + Tobin team was led by corporate advisory partner Tim Gordon with assistance from lawyers Lucy Hall, Matthew Wheatley and Emily Fanning.
Deal significance: According to a statement from Gilbert + Tobin, CleanSpace was founded in Sydney in 2009 by a team of biomedical engineers and now manufactures innovative respiratory protection products for the global healthcare and industrial sectors.
“It was a pleasure to work with CEO Dr Alexandra Birrell and the team at CleanSpace on their successful listing,” said Mr Gordon.
“It’s fantastic to help bring an Australian manufacturing and technology export success story to the ASX.
