Rocky Point sells garden business to Hyne Group
Supply business Rocky Point has been advised by national law firm Piper Alderman on the selldown of its 60 per cent interest in its garden business to the Hyne Group.

Deal: Piper Alderman has advised Rocky on the sale to Hyne Group by way of providing advice on the share sale agreement as well as the shareholders’ agreement between the parties, which will govern the partnership going forward, and also in relation to an internal business restructure to facilitate the selldown of its interest to the Hyne Group.
