Incoming ACT Law Society president Athol Opas outlines his key priorities for 2010, aside from impending COAG reforms to the profession.

Opas says he will address the need for enhanced member services, and the need to better recognise and cater to the diverse range of lawyers that reside in the ACT - particularly the large number of government lawyers.

He will continue to maximise the relevance and appeal of the professional body in ensuring value for money and a high level of engagement with members.
