QMS Media buys New Zealand company

A boutique and a mid-sized firm have assisted with the sale of media company iSite Limited.

Deal: QMS Media purchased New Zealand outdoor media company, iSite Limited, from Infratil Limited.

Deal significance:

ASX-listed QMS Media acquired iSite Limited as part of its “fast moving strategic growth agenda”, according to a release from Hive Legal.

Hive Legal also advised on QMS Media’s fully-underwritten 1 for 5 pro-rata accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer, raising $50.3 million towards funding the iSite purchase.
