Lander & Rogers has announced its new parental leave policy which offers 18 weeks' leave.

The firm's new policy introduces 18 weeks' full-time paid leave after five years of service and 20 weeks' full-time paid leave after 10 years of service.

With 70 per cent of the firm's staff and 31 per cent of the firm's partners being female, the new policy is intended to promote the retention of female lawyers in its partnership ranks as well as the longevity of service among the female support staff.
